THE VISION
THE VISION
OB doesn't do pretentious. Neither does OBjenn. This is a real place for real people building real things — less than a mile from the ocean, decorated by local artists, run by a woman who has been doing this work for 30 years.
→ Warm coffee + cucumber water
Always on. Always free. Mom's photos on the wall for sale. Plant babies everywhere, also for sale.
→ Co-working + private offices
Rent by the hour, day, week, or month. Real desks, real wifi, real conference rooms.
→ A wellness studio
Rented to massage therapists, acupuncturists, and wellness practitioners. Keeps the lights on and the community healthy.
→ Community corkboard
Local events, office hours, workshops, network meetups. Always something. Always free to post.
→ Drives & collections
Toys for Tots bin by the door. Always collecting something for someone who needs it.
→ The garden
Because duh. Oasis. Calming. Functional for social gathering, yoga classes, meditation sessions — donation-based. Good energy. Jasmine.
→ Walk-and-talks to the beach
Less than a mile. Sometimes the best brainstorm happens on the way to the water and back.
→ Events + parties
Launch parties, birthday parties, sip-and-paint nights. The space is for rent because Jenn likes money, and money lets her do the things that actually make her happy.
THE ROAD TO 2030
OBjenn doesn't exist yet as a physical space. But the community, the programs, and the intention are real right now. Here's where we are.
TODAY
Office hours, business tutoring, career architecture sessions, and community building — happening virtually while the space takes shape.
2025–26
A portion of every Sunnyvale Jenn Consulting engagement goes into the OBjenn community fund. Goal: $10k this year.
2027-29
Finding the right space in OB, establishing 501(c)(3) status, building the partner network of women-owned and local businesses.
2030
Coffee on. Brownies in the fridge. Corkboard up. Garden blooming. Come in.
